Hi Everyone,
We need two crews for our August 13th Hot Dog stand at the canal concert. The first shift will be from 3:30pm until 6:00pm (includes set-up), and the second shift is from 6:00pm until 8:30pm (includes breakdown).
Dave Eng will be chairing this event, assisted by Roland Schindler. I'm figuring 5 men per shift, one cook, one bun man, and three counter people. Please let me know ASAP if you able to work and what shift you prefer.

SPECIAL ASSIGNMENTS

Bill Rahn and Bill Jameson will pick up the meat, rolls, and Onions & Peppers on June 11th.

Dave End will pick up pop, water, and ice.

Jeff Mason will help move supplies from the post the stand.

Bob Longyear will pick up change for stand in advance

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU WEAR BASEBALL CAP, OR YOU WILL BE CROWNED WITH ONE OF THOSE ARTISTIC (??) PAPER HATS!!!

AND DON’T SAY YOU WEREN’T WARNED IN ADVANCE!!

*Denotes worker who has taken the food prep course from the Monroe County Health Department

(Those workers need to have their MCHD card with them)

One person should be on break at all times (please rotate)

All workers eat & drink at no charge!
